Dr. Oz: Does Sex Help Prostate Cancer & Health?

David, a man in Dr. Oz’s audience, told Dr. Oz that he comes from a family with prostate problems.  So David wanted to know if having sex often can help keep the prostate from getting large and keep the prostate healthy?

Dr. Oz said there are many myths associated with sex for your health, but the truth is that the more sex you have, the healthier you will be.  Dr. Oz recommends men ejaculate as much as possible, at least 21 times a month, to help wash the toxins out.  Sex is also very good for your heart and your general prostate health.
