Dr. Oz: Eczema Skin Home Remedies & Winter Weather Tips

By admin on March 12, 2010

Doctor Oz was asked by a woman in his audience what she can do about eczema.  Her eczema gets very bad, especially in the winter when it gets cold outside.  She even uses a knife to scrape and scratch her body!

Dr. Oz recommends that people with eczema take Omega-3 Supplements.  Also, do not shower too often, because your skin won’t be able to replenish its natural oils as well in the winter.  Lastly, don’t use soaps with perfumes if you have eczema or dry skin. Here are more fabulous home remedies!
