You’ve got the diet and exercise thing going, but you can’t seem to drop those last few pounds. On today’s show, Dr Oz showed you those all-natural food products, supplements and drinks that can help you shed those pounds.  Plus, Dr Weil shared this healthy Pasta Puttanesca Recipe.

Jennifer, an audience member, told Dr Oz that she was struggling to lose weight and wanted to lose 50-60 pounds.

Dr Oz Freeze Dried Dandelions

Dr Oz said that Freeze Dried Dandelions help to clear up bloating.

Jennifer was a mom with kids and worked. When she wasn’t at work, she was attending sporting activities for the kids. Losing weight just wasn’t a priority for her.

Almond Nut Butter: This product can lower your glycemic index. Use it to replace jam. Purchase at grocery stores for $8. Dr Oz had Jennifer taste it and she said it was good. She told Dr Oz that she’d eat the beans, then the butter but would have to think about the seaweed. (I don’t blame her, not a big seaweed fan here either.)

Dr Oz: 7 Keto DHEA

Supplement: 7 Keto DHEA. Start by taking 50 mg 2 x per day. (Bump it up later). This product helps to speed up the metabolism to help you lose weight. Purchase online for $25.

Drink: Jennifer told Dr Oz that she drank apple juice, oj and pomegranate. Doctor Oz said those were okay, but they contained more calories.

Dr Oz: Freeze Dried Dandelions

Vegetable juice only has 30 calories for 5.5 oz. Drink veggie juice instead of orange juice and lose 15 pounds per year.

  1. Those seaweed chips are LOADED with salt. Not good for kidney or blood pressure concerns.
    Peanut Butter not good for breast cancer concerns.

  2. The almond butter I can see – almonds are on the ‘good’ list – high fiber and good fats. I use it and love it. Seaweed … I don’t think so …
