Dr Oz: Shaun T Arugula Salad

Managing stress is another key to reducing belly fat.
Dr Oz: Plums Antioxidants
If you want to reduce inflammation, look to antioxidant-rich plums. That will help your body relax its hold on fat cells. You can address that bat wing fat under your arms by eating plums and other antioxidant-rich foods.
Dr Oz: Quinoa Fiber Content
If you want to reduce the size of your bottom, Quinoa could be the key ingredient. It is protein-rich as well as high in fiber. If you are someone who snacks even after you have had dinner (I know I’m guilty), you might need something more filling with your meal, such as a side of Quinoa.
Getting enough fiber will help you prevent excess fat storage in unwanted areas of the body.
