Dr Oz: Gruve Review
Kim, from the audience, told Dr Oz that she would like to lose 50 lbs. Over the past year, she’s gained weight and wasn’t happy with her body. She’s been dieting and going to the gym, but nothing seems to burn the fat quick enough.
Doctor Oz says The Gruve is a good way to help burn the fat. The Gruve is a device that measures the amount of activity you’re getting by registering your day-to-day activities. To test, Dr Oz had Kim place the device onto her shirt. She made a bed and when done, plugged The Gruve into the computer to see how many calories she burned. Surprisingly, Kim burned 12 calories just by making the bed.
Vegetarian Chili Boosts Your Metabolism
The better way to burn fat is by eating vegetarian chili. The spices enhance your metabolism to help you burn fat and lose weight. The beans contain protein and fiber, which helps build muscle and will keep you full for longer.
Dr Oz: EGCG Supplements
The best solution to burn fat is with EGCE Supplements. This powerful antioxidant is naturally contained in green tea. To boost your metabolism, take 500 mg per day. Dr Oz says if you’re on a diet, EGCG will help you stay on a diet.
Doctor Oz also revealed his best on-the-go snacks, which included;
Dr Oz: Edamame Trail Mix Recipe
Combine ½ tsp olive oil, a pinch of sea salt and ¾ c shelled edamame. Bake for 20 minutes and then add ¼ c dried cranberries.
Dr Oz: Popcorn Mix Recipe
For a quick and easy snack to help you lose weight, combine 1 C plain popcorn, 10 peanuts and 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips. The peanuts and chocolate combination give you a salty/sweet taste, plus the dark chocolate contains antioxidants.
Dr Oz: Sweet Potato Chips Recipe
Slice 1 sweet potato and bake slices for 50 minutes. Turn the slices and bake for another 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. This snack has only 3 calories per chip. (I’ve tried this and it’s actually good!)
