Dr Oz Kelp Noodles

Dr Oz’s Show on July 3, 2012 covers everything from the Psychic Char Margolis to ways to lower your cholesterol with Red Yeast Extract and Kelp Noodles.  Doctor Oz will even share a Healthy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe and talk about some fabulous kitchen gadgets to help you reduce the fat in your meals (like the Fat Magnet and a Healthy Meatloaf Pan.)  One of my favorite tips was to lower cholesterol with Kelp Noodles.  If you have a pasta addiction, Kelp Noodles are for you!  They only have one gram of carb in a serving and they help to give your metabolism a boost.  Have you tried Kelp Noodles?  Are they good?  What Kelp Noodle Recipes have you come up with?  Leave a comment below and share your thoughts!

Alex's Chicken Pot Pie Recipe & Char Margolis Psychic Reading on Dr Oz

The Dr Oz show on July 3, 2012 features Char Margolis Psychic Readings and Alex's Chicken Pot Pie Recipe!

Aged Parmesan Mini Chips

If you have high cholesterol and your weakness is potato chips, then Dr Oz has a substitute for you too – Aged Parmesan Mini Chips.  Doctor Oz said that Parmesan Chips have no carbs and only 80 calories per serving.  What does cutting carbs by eating things like Aged Parmesan Mini Chips and Kelp Noodles have to do with cholesterol?  Good question!  By cutting out carbs, many people are able to lose more weight, and lowering you cholesterol goes hand in hand with losing weight.

Alex’s Chicken Pot Pie

Dr Oz spoke about a Healthy Meatloaf Baking Pan that lets the fat drip out, but how can you make a chicken pot pie healthy?  Good thing that Alex Guarnashelli joined Dr Oz to make Alex’s Chicken Pot Pie Recipe.  They are oh so cute mini chicken pot pies baked in ramekins and I have heard fabulous things about this recipe from quite a few of you.  If you have made Alex’s Chicken Pot Pie Recipe, please leave a comment below with how it came out!

Char Margolis Psychic

Dr Oz also had a somewhat controversial topic on his show – a Psychic Medium vs Medicine.  He spoke with Psychic Char Margolis about life after death and even did psychic readings of some people in Dr Oz’s audience.  She even spoke about Love Karma and how to find the love of your life.  So what do you think?  Do you believe in psychic mediums?  Is Char Margolis a psychic or a quack?  Leave your thoughts in the comment section below! If you are a fan of hers, you should checkout her book: Check out Char’s book Love Karma: Use Your Intuition to Find, Create, and Nurture Love in Your Life.
