Dr Oz’s Re-Energize Your Life Show on July 26, 2012 gives all kinds of ways to boost your energy. From Moringa Oleifera Extract to Spirulina Energy Cubes, you are sure to be full of energy soon! What are Spirulina Energy Cubes? Well, Doctor Oz said that Spirulina (a blue-green algae) helps to boost your energy. He said to mix 1 tsp of Spirulina with 12 ounces of lime juice, and then freeze the mixture in an ice cube tray.
