1. Replace chocolate with sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds stimulate your body to produce serotonin, which is the same chemical that makes you love chocolate so much.
2. Replace salty foods like potato chips with rice cakes.
3. The best Ice Cream Replacement is to freeze peanut butter and serve it on banana slices, just like how Elvis liked to eat his peanut butter!
