Dr Oz: Deen Bros Healthy Po’Boy Tilapia Sandwich Recipe

If you have not yet tried out tilapia, promise me that you will try it this weekend.  Tilapia is extremely good for you, and unlike many types of fish, it is very mild and “un-fishy” which is great for children or other people who generally are not fish lovers.  The Dean Brothers Tilapia Sandwich could not be easier.  You just grill some fish with olive oil, salt and pepper.  Make a quick, light tartar sauce out of light mayo, dill cubes, purple onion, lemon juice and garlic powder.  And serve the health Po’Boy sandwich on a whole wheat bun with lettuce and tomato.  Here is the Deen Boys Po’Boy Sandwich Recipe.
