Dr Oz liked Elizabeth’s Healthy Turkey Meatloaf Recipe the best, because he said it had a bit of a spicy kick to it (and all of Dr. Oz’s fans already know how much he loves spicy foods). Elizabeth said that she usually only uses 1 chili in Adobo, but since my husband loves very spicy foods, I might just add an extra chili when I make it!
Dr Oz said that Hiral’s Healthy Vegetarian Meatloaf Recipe was also delicious, and I am particularly intrigued by the idea of using soy veggie burger crumbles in a meatloaf. Has anyone tried this before? I bet the soy crumbles absorb all of the flavors and taste great, while being low-fat, low-cholesterol and helping us to lose weight!
