Dr Oz: How to Choose The Right Vitamins- Critical Women’s Vitamins

By on June 24, 2010

Doctor Oz did an episode on How to Choose the Right Vitamins, to teach us about the critical vitamins that all women must take.  Dr Oz said that a multivitamin is great and you should try to take 1/2 your dose in the morning and 1/2 your dose in the evening.  How to Choose The Right Vitamins

Critical Women’s Vitamins:

- Omega 3 Fats

- vitamin A (for vision and skin)

- vitamin B (for metabolism)

- vitamin C (for immune system)

- vitamin D (for bones)

- vitamin E (for brain)

Dr Oz knows everyone too well, and that some people think that vitamins are just too expensive.  But as Dr Oz’s list below shows, you can get your daily dose for 50 cents a day (or $1 if you buy the most expensive brands).

Vitamin Cost Per Day:

Multivitamin: 8 cents

Vitamin D: 6 cents

Omega-3: 36 cents
