1. Instead of using only beef for your burgers, use half beef and half turkey. Some other healthy eating tips include using ground chicken and ground buffalo.
2. Instead of using mayonnaise, replace half of the mayo with Greek Yogurt. Dr. Oz also mentioned using tofu or pureed beans instead of mayonnaise, which are other healthy ideas.
