Dr. Oz: Marie’s Pre-Packaged Food Diet 28 Day Weight Loss Update

Doctor Oz brought Marie, mother of three who used to be addicted to pre-packaged foods, on his show 28 days ago for the Pre-Packaged Food Detox show.  Now, just 28 days later, Marie has much more energy and here are her Truth Tube results:

- Percentage of packaged foods went from 85% to 0%

- Omega 3 fats (the good fats that help to make your cells flexible) went from 4.2% to 5.2%

- Waist Size went from 45″ to 42″

- Weight went from 236 pounds to 223 pounds

Marie’s Weight Loss Tips for Pre-Packaged Food Detox Diet:

1.  Buy chicken breasts and put them in Ziploc bags in different marinades.  Then put them in the freezer so you will have ready to go meals!

2.  Cook in volume and fill containers with leftovers.

3.  Slice vegetables and spray them with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.  Throw them on the grill.  Or try other healthy diet recipes! Delicious!

4.  Marie has packaged food for breakfast… she has oatmeal and packaged frozen fruit.
