Dr Oz & Michelle Callahan: How To Date After A Divorce

Doctor Oz brought a lady named Yolanda on his show to teach her how to pick herself up by her bootstraps after her divorce.  Yolanda used to be her ideal weight, but she was in a toxic marriage.  Her husband cheated on her and after 15 years, she left him and took her three children.  She then gained 60 pounds and totally lost sight of herself.  Michelle Callahan

Yolanda’s Truth Tube Results:

- Weight: went from 155 – 215 pounds (which is like carrying around a 60 pound suitcase… ouch!)

- Dress size: went from 10 – 22

- Waist: went from 29″ to 43″, when you measure at the belly button

- Blood Pressure: went from 120/80 to 161/110
