Doctor Oz brought Stepp Stewart back on the Dr Oz Show to teach everyone how to dance off the weight. You don’t need a gym to lose weight and get slim, just try Stepp Stewart’s Workout. 
Stepp Stewart Summer Workout Plan
Hopscotch – Jump out with your legs, cross, jump back out, and hop.
Jump Rope – Jump right, left, double and then left, right, and double.
The Swim – Swim forward, backstroke, and dunk.
Hula Hoop – Jump and pretend like you are doing a hula hoop.
This is definitely a few dance moves that are tough to describe, but Stepp Stewart looked very slick doing it!
