Golf Ball Relieves Foot Pain
Want to relieve foot pain in minutes? Take off your sock and grab a golf ball. Give yourself an at-home foot massage by taking your foot and stepping onto a golf ball. Roll the ball around under your foot for several minutes to relieve aching feet.
Dr Oz: Chamomile Tea for Calluses
Okay, so you’ve gotten rid of your aching feet with the golf ball, but now you want to soften them up. Soak your feet in a chamomile tea bath for 5 minutes. This not only gives you soft, luxurious feet, it also helps remove calluses.
Dr Oz: Burts Bees Coconut Foot Creme
You’ve gotten rid of the aches and pains with the golf ball, used chamomile tea to get rid of the calluses, so now you want to keep your feet hydrated to eliminate dead skin. Dr Oz says using the right moisturizer will help to slow down growth of new skin. Go for a moisturizer that contains vitamin E, such as Burt’s Bees Foot Creme with Vitamin E, Coconut, 4.34 oz. which Dr Oz himself suggested and showed.
