Dr Oz: Exhaustion Remedies
Dr Oz gave a list of Weird Reasons You’re Tired. Okay, so you’ve established that you’re exhausted all day long, but what next? On today’s show, Doctor Oz shows you 4 bizarre remedies to bust fatigue, and who does not love Whole Body Remedies?
Isabelle, an audience member, told Doctor Oz that since seeing a previous show on exhaustion, she had run out and gotten a vitamin B12 shot—and she hated shots!
She needed more energy throughout her day and was looking for more natural ways to get it.
Eggs & Cantaloupe Fight Exhaustion
Try eating an eggs and cantaloupe combination for breakfast to jumpstart your day. You’ll get the protein from the eggs, which helps to slow down digestion, plus, you’ll get energy from the natural sweetness in the cantaloupe. (Dr Oz says you can use any fruit alongside the eggs.)
Try:
- 2 scrambled eggs
- Side of cantaloupe
Cordyceps Mushrooms Fight Fatigue
This supplement grows out of the head of a caterpillar and is a parasitic fungus. (Yuck! Anyone else just cross this one off their list?) The fungus eventually replaces the caterpillar and is the part used for the supplement.
Cordyceps Mushroom:
- 3 grams per day
- world class Olympic athletes take this product
- alleviates tiredness
