Dr Oz: Natural Pain Cures
Do you have back pain but don’t want to take a pill that may have side effects? Well, you know that Dr Oz (and I) love Natural Cures & Remedies. Maybe it’s joint pain or sinus issues. On today’s show, Doctor Oz gave his best all natural cures to get rid of your most common ailments. These cures are safe, affordable and best of all, do not require a prescription.
Lisa, an audience member, told Dr Oz that her biggest source of pain was her back. She sat at her desk all day long and this hurt her back. To help the situation, she did yoga, but that still didn’t get rid of all the pain.
Dr Oz: Boswellia Back Pain Remedy
- Add 1 tsp ground ginger to any drink
- Has anti-inflammatory properties called Gingerols
- Take 300mg Boswellia
Dr Oz also spoke about Frankincense for back pain.
Dr Oz: Red Mineral Algae Joint Pain Remedy
Lisa told Dr Oz that she also had joint pain in her fingers because she’s on a tiny laptop all day. Dr Oz says spending extended hours on a laptop may cause inflammation and discomfort in your finger joints. Red mineral algae is rich in calcium , magnesium, and boron. Take 2400 per day.
Dr Oz: Garlic Salt Tooth Pain Remedy
Garlic salt is a great natural remedy for tooth pain. Just sprinkle salt on a garlic clove, place it on the tooth that hurts, and bite down to release juice. The ingredients for this remedy are 2-3 cloves of garlic and ½ tsp of salt.
Humming Headache Remedy
There is no pill or herb for sinus pain. But, Dr Oz says that humming is a great remedy because it opens up your sinuses, may prevent infection, and it helps bring airflow to the areas in pain. Hum for one hour, so pick a song you like!
Dr Oz had the entire audience practice humming with “Mary Had a Little Lamb.” (Um yeah, don’t wanna hear that for an hour!)
